3. Digital Product Compatibility

Digital products may require compatible software, hardware or applications to open or use them.

For example, PDF files normally require a PDF-compatible application, while spreadsheets or other file formats may require appropriate software.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their device and software are compatible with the format specified in the product description.

Where specific technical requirements or limitations apply, they will be stated on the relevant product page.

4. Prices

Product prices are displayed on zenons.io before an order is placed.

The final amount payable will be shown during checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Where applicable, taxes and other mandatory charges are included or clearly indicated in accordance with applicable law.

No additional payment will be charged without the customer's express agreement.

5. Placing an Order

To purchase a product, the customer selects the relevant product, provides the information required to complete the order and makes payment using one of the available payment methods.

Before completing the order, the customer is responsible for checking that the information provided is correct.

An order becomes binding when the customer completes the checkout process and the order is accepted by zenons.io.

An order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

6. Payment

Payments are processed using payment methods made available during checkout.

Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment service providers.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.

Some products may be offered for sale before they are fully completed or available for delivery.

Such products will be clearly identified as pre-orders.

The product page will provide the expected delivery date or delivery period where possible.

By purchasing a pre-order product, the customer acknowledges that the product will not be supplied immediately.

If the expected delivery date changes materially, customers will be informed where reasonably possible.

If MB “Iššūkis tau” is unable to supply a pre-ordered product, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that product.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to exceptions provided by applicable law.

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once supply of the digital content has begun, but only where the consumer:

  1. has given prior express consent for supply to begin during the withdrawal period;

  2. has acknowledged that, by doing so, they will lose their right of withdrawal; and

  3. has received the required confirmation of the agreement.

Where these legal requirements have not been satisfied, the consumer's statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Further details are provided in our Refund Policy.

10. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Content

Digital products must conform to the description and requirements provided at the time of purchase and to applicable consumer protection law.

If purchased digital content is defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact hello@zenons.io.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the customer may be entitled to have the digital content brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract and receive a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by law.

11. Licence to Use Digital Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for personal use.

Ownership of the intellectual property itself is not transferred to the customer.

The customer may download, store and use the product for its intended purpose.

12. Prohibited Use

Unless expressly permitted in writing by MB “Iššūkis tau”, customers may not:

  • resell or redistribute digital products;
