Refund Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This Refund Policy explains the conditions for cancellations, withdrawals and refunds for products and services purchased through zenons.io, operated by MB “Iššūkis tau”.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Purchase and Use.

1. Seller Information

2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

For contracts concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.

Specific rules apply once the supply of digital content begins.

3. Digital Products

zenons.io may sell digital products such as:

  • PDF guides and e-books;

  • templates;

  • worksheets;

  • spreadsheets and calculators;

  • downloadable files;

  • other digital content.

The right of withdrawal may be lost once the supply of digital content has begun only where the consumer:

  1. has given prior express consent for the supply of the digital content to begin before the end of the withdrawal period;

  2. has acknowledged that this means losing the right of withdrawal; and

  3. has received the legally required confirmation of that agreement.

If these requirements have not been met, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Digital Products Not Yet Delivered

If you purchase digital content that has not yet been supplied and the statutory withdrawal period is still applicable, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

This may also apply to eligible pre-orders where delivery has not yet begun.

Please contact hello@zenons.io and provide your name, email address and order information.

5. Pre-orders

Some digital products may be sold before they are completed or released.

Such products will be identified as pre-orders, together with an expected delivery date or delivery period where possible.

If MB “Iššūkis tau” is unable to supply a pre-ordered product, any amount paid for that product will be refunded.

If a delivery date changes materially, we will provide updated information where reasonably possible.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains applicable where required by law.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Products

If a digital product:

  • cannot be accessed or downloaded;

  • is technically defective;

  • is materially different from its description;

  • does not contain what was stated on the product page; or

  • otherwise does not conform to the contract,

please contact hello@zenons.io.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, attempt to provide access, replace or correct the digital product, provide an appropriate price reduction, or issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order or an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical or payment processing error, please contact us.

Once the error is confirmed, the incorrectly charged amount will be refunded.

8. Change of Mind After Digital Content Has Been Supplied

If digital content has already been supplied and the legal requirements for losing the right of withdrawal were satisfied, a refund is generally not required solely because the customer:

  • changed their mind;

  • no longer needs the product;

  • did not use the product;

  • expected different results where the product was supplied as described.

This does not limit rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content or any other mandatory consumer rights.

9. Physical Products

If zenons.io offers physical products, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions.

The consumer must notify us of the decision to withdraw and return the eligible goods without undue delay and, in any event, within the period required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Certain goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where an exception provided by law applies.

10. How to Request a Withdrawal or Refund

To request a withdrawal or refund, email:

hello@zenons.io

Please include:

  • your full name;

  • the email address used for the purchase;

  • order number, if available;

  • product name;

  • date of purchase;

  • a brief explanation of the request where relevant.

For a statutory withdrawal, you do not need to provide a reason.

A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract is sufficient where applicable.

11. Refund Processing

Where a refund is legally due following a valid withdrawal, payments will be reimbursed without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to the conditions permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.

You will not be charged a fee for receiving a statutory refund from MB “Iššūkis tau”.

For physical goods, where applicable, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been returned or evidence of their return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

The time required for a refunded payment to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment service provider.

12. Payment Provider Issues

Payments made through zenons.io may be processed by third-party payment providers.

If a payment has been successfully refunded by MB “Iššūkis tau” but has not yet appeared in your account, processing times may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

Please contact hello@zenons.io if assistance is required.

13. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights that consumers have under mandatory Lithuanian or European Union consumer protection law.

Where mandatory law provides greater protection than this policy, the applicable legal requirements prevail.

14. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how a refund or withdrawal request has been handled, please contact:

hello@zenons.io

We will review the matter and provide a reasoned response within the period required by applicable law.

Consumers may also have the right to contact the competent consumer protection authority.
